Tracy Chen

I have practiced Tai Chi since my teenage years and began learning the Daoyin Yangsheng Gong series of exercises in 2018 under the guidance of Master Sharon Liu, the founder of the Canadian Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Training Center. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I remained committed by taking online classes. In 2022, I participated in the 15th International Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Competition, where I earned individual silver medals in Ba Duan Jin and Shier Fa, as well as a gold medal in the Foundation Building Gong team competition.

Since December 2020, I have volunteered as a Zoom host for the Daoyin Yangsheng Gong morning exercise program, recording over 40 lectures from the Daoyin Yangsheng Culture Series in Cantonese. I also actively participated in community activities, where my demonstrations of Daoyin Yangsheng Gong have often been warmly received.
